4. Payment Terms

• Pro Package: $199 one-time payment
• Complete Package: $449 one-time payment
• Optional Hosting: $15 per month (add-on to any package)

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Once payment is completed, services are delivered instantly via email.

5. Delivery and Access

Upon successful payment, all deliverables are sent to the email address provided during checkout. This includes website source code, social media content, logo concepts, and access instructions. Users are responsible for maintaining access to their email accounts to receive deliverables.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of:

• The website code and design created for your business
• Social media content generated specifically for you
• Logo concepts and brand identity materials

However, you do not own our underlying AI technology, algorithms, or proprietary systems used to generate these materials.

7. Hosting Services

Optional hosting services are provided at $15/month and include 99.9% uptime guarantee, free SSL certificates, daily backups, and 24/7 technical support. Hosting services can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

capitalaiwebsites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

9. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
